ABM 2010 Partner Conference & upcoming new version release
ABM partner conference is set to be held in Melbourne in early September. Conference will unveil details on the new version of ABM which will be one of the most significant to date in terms of new features.
The conference will also shape development plans and product roadmap. Please ensure you forward any product enhancement requests to us for discussion at the conference.
BMS Extend ABM Utility Suite (2/12/09)
Business Manager have recently announced a number of development projects for ABM utilities to be released over the coming weeks. A listing and summary of these is below…
- NEW – Warehouse bin management utility. New utility to support management of bin quantities.
- UPDATE – Release of structured stock update (size, colour, style product builder).
- UPDATE – Release of Advanced POS updates including wealth of new features and enhanced GL integration.
- NEW- Release of Import Costing module. This module has been the result of extensive research and careful development to enable importers to plan and manage shipments but most importantly, accurately calculate and product landed costs. The module includes a wealth of features to handle almost all realms of import types and costing models. Additionally the utility offers extensive flexibility in the options available for apportioning costs.

ABM Annual Partner Conference (25/09/09)
ABM is holding the annual conference this year at the Crown Towers in Melbourne from 14th – 17th October. Carol Newby and Chris Corbett will represent ABA.
As in previous years, a large focus of the conference will be on upcoming releases and determining the product development priorities. Please feel free to forward comments and suggestions for ABM development to us to forward to the ABM team on your behalf.
ABM 2009 SP1 Release (24/09/09)
Advanced Business Manager have released ABM 2009 SP1.
The update includes a wealth of new features beyond the initial ABM 2009 release including:
- more detailed information sets on order and sales screens
- kit components can now be serial tracked
- more advanced sales information avaliablity when generating orders
- enhanced suggest order functionality
- enhanced business analysis reporting
