ABM 2009 SP1 Release (24/09/09)
Advanced Business Manager have released ABM 2009 SP1.
The update includes a wealth of new features beyond the initial ABM 2009 release including:
- more detailed information sets on order and sales screens
- kit components can now be serial tracked
- more advanced sales information avaliablity when generating orders
- enhanced suggest order functionality
- enhanced business analysis reporting

Legrand CRM August News
Hot-off-the-press is a new Legrand CRM case study – the ‘Western Australia Local Government Superannuation Plan’ (WALGSP). It is a great story of how Legrand CRM equips the WALGSP with the capabilities to easily manage every interaction and touch point with their 40,000+ members. WALGSP initially implemented 30 Legrand CRM CORP
licenses in 2006 and have since expanded to 50+ CORP licenses. Key to the successful adoption and deployment of Legrand CRM was the additional customisation services managed by Legrand CRM Solutions Partner, Chris Corbett from Advanced Business Applications (ABA).
