ABA is pleased to announce that we have partnered with Total Enterprise CRM. We began working with the TE team over 6 months ago and have valued their receptiveness to our suggestions for inclusion in the quickly evolving product suite.
TE offers extensive functionality straight “out-of-the-box” but is also highly configurable with very extensive customisation options. The development team also provide custom development solutions around the core product to facilitate any unique requirements.

Legrand CRM – How To Guide… Dynamic Web Links
This demonstration video and following documentation provides an insight into utilising the Lergrand CRM custom menu to perform dynamic web searches. The demonstration covers one click searches of company name within diffierent websites including Google, ASIC company register and ABN business registrations.

Send web leads straight to Legrand CRM!
These days most businesses have a ‘Contact Us’ form on their web site where visitors can register their interest and request information. But what happens next? Processing these web leads is a challenge. Legrand CRM Tip – Highlight Outlook emails which have been exported to CRM
Our integration with Microsoft Outlook is one of the productivity highlights of Legrand CRM, but even here there are some little gems you may have overlooked.
Did you know that you can configure Microsoft Outlook so that you can instantly identify those emails you have [and have not, perhaps even forgotten to!] exported to Legrand CRM?
The way to do this is to create a custom view for your email Inbox [and your Sent items, and any other folder for that matter] and apply an automatic formatting rule for those emails that have been exported.

ABM 2010 Partner Conference & upcoming new version release
ABM partner conference is set to be held in Melbourne in early September. Conference will unveil details on the new version of ABM which will be one of the most significant to date in terms of new features.
The conference will also shape development plans and product roadmap. Please ensure you forward any product enhancement requests to us for discussion at the conference.

Legrand CRM Outlook Addin Update Avaliable
Legrand Software have released updates for the Outlook Addin.
Changes include:
- Better handling of Exchange email addresses (especially for internal emails)
- Support for SQL Authentication
- Added ability to edit subject line when exporting emails (Corporate Edition only)
- Addin support for Outlook 2010

Legrand Software Conference Sydney (21/04/2010)
Legrand Software hosted partners from around Australia and New Zealand last week in Darling Harbour, Sydney. The conference included discussion on the development roadmap and market positioning of the product. Chris Corbett attended on behalf of ABA.
Version 6 of Legrand CRM will include a wealth of new features and is scheduled for release towards June this year. The new release will include many enhancements including the addition of new quotations function within the opportunities module, the ability to support any number of company addresses and automated phone number formatting. Full list of changes will become available closer to release.
ABA were also delighted to be recognised by Legrand Software for outstanding sales in 2009/10. The picture below shows Chris with Alain Legrand and fellow partner Richard Zielinski receiving their sales awards.
Legrand CRM Password Manager (14/04/2010)
ABA are pleased to announce the release of a new utility to enable user password management. The utility enables users to alter their own password without having administrator system access. Additionally, the program empowers administrators to set password complexity requirements and centrally administrator user password ages (including ability to reset user passwords).
